Your university and student email address if you apply to sell tickets.
Ticket information you upload, including club name, city, event day, price and QR code images.
Purchase records, including buyer, seller, ticket, price and payment status.
Messages sent between buyers and sellers through the website.
Support requests, reports, uploaded evidence and admin notes.
Location information when needed to release a QR code or review ticket rejection evidence.
Basic technical information such as time of access, browser/device information and IP address.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account.
Allow users to buy and sell tickets.
Send account, receipt and ticket-related emails.
Help prevent fake tickets, misuse and scams.

4. Payments

Ticket Campus uses Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full card details on our website. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy.

5. Seller payouts and bank details

If seller payouts are added, we aim to use Stripe Connect or another secure payment provider to collect and manage bank details. Ticket Campus should not directly store full bank details unless proper legal and security requirements are in place.

6. Location data

We may ask for your location when you request access to a QR code or submit ticket rejection evidence. This is used to help verify whether you were near the relevant venue at the relevant time.

7. Sharing information

We may share limited information with:

Stripe, for payment processing.
Email providers, to send account and ticket emails.
Admins or moderators, to review tickets, reports and disputes.
Legal or safety authorities if required by law.

8. How long we keep information

We keep account, ticket, purchase, report and support information for as long as needed to run Ticket Campus, deal with disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

9. Your choices

You can contact us to ask about your data, request corrections, or ask for your account to be deleted. Some information may need to be kept if it relates to payments, disputes, fraud prevention or legal requirements.
